Our technicians are fully vaccinated and trained in accordance with Covid-19 health and safety procedures.
When dropping off your computer at our premises, you will be required to sign in through the Services Victoria app. If this is not possible, a paper form will be provided.


During on-site visitations, we advise customers to:
Keep 1.5 metres apart from the technician (wherever possible)
Avoid physical contact with the technician (for example, hand shaking)
If you are currently self-isolating or have been in contact with infected persons or known exposure sites, we are only able to offer remote support. If you have no prior experience with remote support, we are more than happy to walk you through the process.
*Please note - If you are forced to cancel your appointment due to any of the aforementioned reasons, no cancellation fee will be incurred.
If any of our technicians test positive for Covid-19, we will only be able to offer remote support and, depending on the severity of illness, may need to temporarily close.
Once our self-isolation has ended, customers will be able to drop off and pick up their computers as per usual.
